And the wines keep coming
After 18 months in oak our second Syrah is out of the barrels and ready for sale. The bumper 2025 harvest delivered a richer version of Syrah with elegant structure and raspberry notes. Also new is the 2025 Rosella Rose made from our Sangiovese plot. Soft and paler than usual it is very close to the French style and a great summer wine.

A swirl reveals aromas of ripe red cherries and blood plums with a good shake of cool climate-induced spices of star anise and white pepper. A lovely balance of fruit sweetness and acidity combined with a pillowy plush of soft tannins produces a delightful and delicious finish.“
