Finally we have our second Syrah in the cool room. It’ s been a long wait, with the wine sitting in old oak for 18 months. This has allowed the wine to soften after a rich 2025 harvest. Tasting of raspberry and red fruits the wine presents an elegant Shiraz style more commonly found in the Canberra District. Can cellar for five years.
